How do I book?
Online through Square — it takes under a minute and you'll get instant confirmation. Skin9 Studio is appointment-only, so all bookings are made in advance.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a $30 deposit secures your booking and is paid through Square when you book. It's applied to your treatment total.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We ask for 48 hours' notice. With 48 hours or more there's no charge — we'll simply find you another time.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
A no-show is charged the full service fee. Cancellations inside 48 hours are charged 50%.
Are taxes included in the price?
Prices are subject to HST.
Treatments
How is your menu different from a typical facial studio?
Most studios work on the face alone. Skin9 Studio also offers microchanneling for both face and body, hair restoration, advanced peels and body treatments — advanced, device-led treatments you won't usually find at a facial studio.
How much does a facial cost?

Is there downtime after treatment?
This differs by treatment. Answers pending Sarah's input.
Can I have a treatment if I'm pregnant?
Pending — Sarah should state which treatments are suitable. This is a safety question and deserves a specific answer.
